Hotel Policies

  1. Management holds the absolute right of admission.
  2. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings as the management will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables after the guest has left the hotel premises.
  3. Taxes are applicable as per the government rules.
  4. Pets are not allowed in hotel premises.
  5. In case of any damage to the hotel property by the guest or their family and friends then the respective guest will be held responsible for the loss occurred.
  6. Guests are requested to adhere to the policies implemented by the management.
  7. All disputes are subject to the Tirunelveli Jurisdiction only.

Check In & Check Out Policy

  1. 24 hours check in and checkout policy.
  2. 1 hour leeway is offered to the guest at the time of check out. The second day tariff will be automatically added after the 1 hour leeway time.
  3. 3. Early check in is subject to availability of the rooms.
  4. The room allotment is done on the day of check in and specific room preference is subject to availability of the room.
  5. Registration cards to be filled up by the guests at the time of check in.
  6. Extension in duration of stay should be notified to the front office at least 5 hours in advance. The next room category will be offered in case if the same room type is not available.
  7. Guests are requested to show their valid Id proof and allow the Front Office staff to take photograph for security reasons { As per Govt rules }.

Room Policy

  1. Rooms will be allotted to only those guests who have filled up the Guest Registration Form.
  2. Visitors are not allowed in the room after 09:30 PM.
  3. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  4. Cooking is strictly prohibited.
  5. All our rooms are double occupancy and a maximum of 3 guests can accommodate the room. A mobile cot will be provided for the extra person.
  6. Extra guest charges applicable.

Reservation Policy

  1. Room reservations are subject to availability.
  2. Room bookings can be done via phone and email.
  3. Kindly mention the special requirements if any in advance.

Advance Payment

  1. For more than 2 rooms, 50 % advance to be paid before check in date.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Guests are requested to cancel the rooms 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charges.
  2. If more than 3 rooms are booked, the guest is requested to cancel the booking 5 days prior to the check in date.
  3. Within 48 hours the guest will be charged 50 % of the room rent.
  4. Within check in date the 1 day room retention will be applicable.
